She has held a variety of product and engineering leadership roles in the telecommunications, finance, retail, education, and health care sectors, including Motorola, UnitedHealth Group, and Pearson. She also serves as president of the Twin Cities Co-Op Partners, and as a Board Director for Second Harvest Heartland.
