The Project

The Harrison Inn is a beautiful Bed & Breakfast in Cape May, NJ, and its website was built for this obvious, and basic purpose, by one of our designers, on a freelance basis a couple of years ago. The client wanted to improve its SEO, and that’s when the whole SERPCOM team was brought in. This is an example of an existing site that was upgraded to make it rise in the ranking on Search Engine Results Pages.

The Work

SERPCOM performed detailed keyword research and used the findings to tweak and improve the copywriting for SEO purposes, as well as implementing other “under the hood” changes to better optimize the site for SEO. In addition, we installed our content publishing suite of tools, to help boost The Harrison Inn’s presence and authority in their market area.

Subsequently, the owners contracted us for additional work, as they acquired more Cape May B&Bs, including Casablanca Cape May, Pharos at The Harrison, and The Ashley Rose Cottages, and wanted to a directory of Things to Do in Cape May, NJ to provide additional benefit to their guests, and to their SEO!
